They were in court this Wednesday and Baldwin is forbidden to have contact with his daughter. There will be a hearing on May 4th.

Public exposure also lends a certain amount of protection as now everyone sees. It's been known for some time that Baldwin is violent and abusive.

These people have been denied the space and time to learn and improve how they act.

This is fine and deserved. The public airing of this didn't help this process. In the court filings, it explicitly forbids this release to avoid further damage to the child.

Obviously, alot of people around here don't get how horrifying this is to a child to begin with, but to have it all over the news, repeated again and again. This is right up there with NBC releasing the VT Killer's publicity pictures and screeds.

People screaming child abuse and then compounding the error 10,000 fold.
