The helicopter flight, three surgeries, and eight days on a ventilator probably ran his bill up to around $225,000.00. I think he will be well over $500,000.00 by the time he gets out of the hospital, then the therapy and continuing care will add maybe another $100,000.00. If there was fairness in the world, the people of the State of New Jersey would staple that bill to Corzine's forehead, along with the bills for the injured cop and aide, and the truck, and the guardrail.

Instead, the legislature will doubtless pass a resolution that says 'Hooray for John Corzine,' or some other garbage like that. It won't surprise me if the moronic writers in the area newspapers try to spin him into a hero because of the injuries he suffered while 'serving the People of the State of New Jersey.'
