I guess.
Then again, the Chinese (many of them) have no love for the Japanese.
Koreans have no love for Japanese or Chinese and think of them both as the [N-word] of Asia believe it or not.
I guess thatd be the older generations though I havent been to Korea since 1979 and most people in my age group (at the time) thought that way.
Youngsters nowadays probably dont. I wouldnt know
Koreans can hold their own regardless, IMO.
My own interactions with Koreans and Korean-Americans has generally been positive, with one glaring exception, a band director whom I consider angry, arrogant, vicious, vindictive, racist(!!), untalented but diligent, and dishonest, deceitful and lying. (All statements I could back up with written evidence) Terrible run ins with my kids. Were it not that he was a 'minority' there is no question we'd have sued for his slander and libel of my kids. I always half-expected him to go Cho on the world (or postal as I would have put it), and I'm pretty sure he will someday at least hit a student.
But, I can't judge all Koreans by the examples of the band director and Cho.
Koreans have some issues with the Japanese due to the repressive occupation of Korea by Japan from 1895 until 1945.
