I don’t think that’s it entirely. I work with Boomers, and they are all on one diet or another (mainly South Beach). I think perhaps some of this is mental attitude. I remember my Granddad’s attitude to being old, it was much more accepting the pains and aches. A lot of the Boomers I work with feel like they should be able to go play racketball and wake up the next day pain free. Is this an unreal expectation? or is this just hot air?
