Sonoita is not famous for horses or for wines. The wineries are second rate, and Ruidoso Downs, Sonoita is not. It is just a pleasant little place peopled by people who enjoy playing horsie.
Point taken...but there is enough value in what horse properties and vineyards are there to justify a $5 Million insurance company.
