maybe this is a good thing - people are more aware. tragedy generally makes people stronger.

students hardly do any work at school anymore anyways, maybe it's not such a bad thing to lock down schools regardless. I'd rather them lock down schools than our weapons.

Hopefully there is a teacher or principal packing. If my kids are going into lockdown though, they are coming home.
