Here is some info you may be able to use: http://www.purina.com/company/press/2007/MightyDog.aspx I use Pro Plan for adult dogs. So far no recall. I had been feeding my dogs the Alpo dry treats & every one of them has vomitted (more than just once) in the past few weeks. I don't feed them but maybe one each when I am going somewhere & leaving them, so maybe they aren't getting enough of the poison, but I quit feeding the treats & they now get fresh carrots for treats.

Which "dry" Alpo treats specifically? The ones in the foil packet? The ones I use specifically are labeled "ALPO Al's Grill".
About a week or two before the pet food story exploded, I noticed my dog was vomiting randomly, every few days. Didn't think anything of it at the time...
He is still doing so.

I have my dog just about 12 days and he is about 3 years old. I rescued him on a cold April day. He was almost hit by a car and was freezing to death. My neighbor recommended the food, and so far Pro Plan for adult dogs has caused him now problems, yet. I’m new at this dog stuff. This is going to be an adventure. Spend the morning at the e-vet. He decided to gobble 4.4 oz of chocolate sometime between 12:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.!
I’m going to start feed him carrots too, BTW!
