Their polling data must show that the public finally understands that a body count of 32 can only come in a gun-free zone.
They are waiting for January 2009. If the Democrats still control the House and the Senate, and a Democrat wins the White House at the same time, they will then suddenly discover that they have a mandate for the gun control that they didn’t mention.

If guns cause crime pencils cause spelling errors, matches cause arson and spoons cause obesity. But none of those cause a person to intentionally misconstrue the meaning of the Second Amendment. They that do, do so by choice -- intentionally.

1964 they only wanted to register all handguns and ban bolt action military surplus rifles.
1968.Almost got their wish with the 1968 Gun Control Act.
1971 They only wanted to ban “Saturday night specials”.
1976 They wanted to ban all handguns.
1981 they demanded a ban on handguns and rifles would not be affected.
1989. They wanted a ban on all”assault weapons”.
From then on they have tried every means foul to get their bans on all guns.
Bans on bullets.
Bans on magazines.
Bans on low power inaccurate firearms.
Bans on high power accurate firearms.
Chamber loaded indicators.
Tagants in power.
Bans of bullet shapes.
Bans on stock shapes
Bans on stock materials.
Bans on BIG single shot rifles.
Trigger guards.
Magazine disconnects.
As you see they are trying anything.

Let’s ban all guns in every “blue” county or state across America. At the same time, allow all guns and carry permits in all “red” counties or states. I have no doubt which counties will have little or no crime, and which will have staggering crime stats; which will have economic success, which will fail, which will have a law abiding society, which will sink into decadence and decay.
Oh yeah, our liberal elite friends must reside in the “blue” areas...
I have a question for the gun grabbing folks. How are you going to get the guns away from the criminals? They do not obey the law, it is in their job description.
Why does the media keep claiming this is the worst mass shooting/massacre in U.S. history? It may be the worst committed by one person but in numbers of victims the Mountain Meadows Massacre, Sand Creek, and Wounded Knee were far far worse.
