I am sure he was thrown around quite a bit. But from the photos I’ve seen, it looks like the front seats remained upright and intact. So, how did Corzine (who is well over six feet tall and 200 pounds) get around the front seats?

But that story, relayed hours after Gov. Jon S. Corzine was critically injured, has been debunked by a new state police report detailing how his driver was dashing with emergency lights flashing at 91 mph in a 65 mph zone...He's a Democrat - laws and rules meant for common people don't apply to him (or the rest of his ilk)....

We just need to have faith in our public lords, and believe what the priests of the Jersey Democrat party say.
The Governor flew over the seats, a spontaneous and chivalrous miracle, landing on top of the distressed damsel in the back seat, sacrificing his very own life and limb in order to spare hers.
It is on faith alone that we believe this miracle.
( Please pass the kool aid, I’m thirsty. )

Up and over — literally... I’ve seen videos and it will make a seat beat believer out of anyone.

“...iffy...”? There is nothing “iffy” about this one, lol.

I can imagine he was... you know it is amazing how people will buckle up and fail to secure their pets in the vehicle.

I’ll buy “Up and Over” if the truck was rolled.
I just cant buy it with a “spin and smack” accident.
My guess ... two or three days from now an accident investigator will tell us all injuries occurred in the back seat, where he was comfortably “seated”.

Even libs get hurt at 132+ feet per second. Dumb azzes refuse to accept responsibility, and want to desperately blame anyone (kid in red truck) other than their-selves. Can’t have a whole lot of sympathy for a lib racing to a photo - op and chance to attack someone on a free speech issue. That said I hope the governor recovers. I hope his political career is wrecked.

91 mph in a 65 mph zone is not what I would term "dashing".
Stupid journalists.

Come on, be fair. It IS an emergency when a Dim is late for a publicity stunt. You seem to think that he’s there for the good of his state, silly. He’s there for the power and ego trip and to line the pockets of his friends.

I also wondered about the eastern use of the work parkway. What does it have to do with a park?
I think it was George Carlin who mused that we park in our driveways and drive on our parkways.

A lot of Freepers and libertarians are opposed to accident data recorders. I tend towards the libertarian side of life, but in this case the ADR exonerated an innocent man. I’m all for ADR, especially in police cars. Use could be voluntary, but a presumption might favor a litigant who has “facts” rather than assertions.

Yes, that’s what we thought too. Also, why didn’t he leave where he was ON TIME if this meeting was so important to everyone? This whole thing stinks. Corzine is arrogant and always has been. I wish him well and pray he is up and about very soon but it doesn’t take away his arrogance. Maybe this will cause him to rethink his behaviors.
