Why especially him? He chose not to talk, because he didn't believe in the imperial presidency, but every time he talked he was quite eloquent.
You may still agree with Bush’s policies, but if you can’t even admit that Bush is an inarticulate boob, I think there’s a problem.
I cringe when I watch the man give even the most routine speech. By some miracle, he gave a good post-9/11, but he is especially bad off the cuff.
