Largely overlooked in the Virginia Tech Massacre story is the fact that if “Cho” had decided not to carry out his rampage, he would have graduated next month with a degree in English Literature. How’s that for academic standards

I’ve been bringing that up to everyone I know. Read his “McBeef” play. And explain to me how this guy got to his senior year in college. It defies belief.

Maybe the impending humiliation of being a waiter at Chiles was too much for him.

Actually, Tech is a pretty tough school, at least for a Business or Engineering major, I can't speak to an English major. I have 3 buddies that flunked out of the Business program.
