Can we exclude the liberal justices if they have ever had an abortion (Ginsburg) or paid for an abortion (Souter, Stevens, Breyer)? Do tobacco using Justices recuse themselves in cigarette cases? Do real-estate owning justices recuse themselves in property disputes?
