It's ture. The department head verified it and stated that she,(the department head) was giving private tutoring to the Cho because of the professor's objections to him.gunman.

My speculation is that the poetry professor had such clout due to her national reputation as a famous poet that she could insist Cho be removed from her class. Other professors may have wanted him out but didn't have the political power to make a stink. Academia is very political.

Interesting....I don’t consider her a credible person so I’m surprised she’s telling the truth.

I believe the professor you refer to is Lucinda Roy director of creative writing in Virginia Tech’s English Department, not Nikki Giovanni.
