Unfortunately, it will take a lot more than this one instance to convince me that Kennedy has changed. Important to note that this decision outlaws a procedure, and not the overall “right” to have an abortion.

But this forces one to define at what point does an unborn child NOT deserve protection. This means the unborn child is a person, at least at a certain point. ISuppose it's not ok to kill a child after six months gestation (or whatever the laws says) what about 5 months 29 days? How about 5 months 28 days, 27 days, etc.?

This ruling is going to open a whole new debate. Thank you, God.

Don't knock it -- the left has made enormous strides that way, chip by chip, sort of like Chinese water torture! I'd rather have a big miracle too . . . but whatever works! :-)

You are correct. It will not stop abortions, it only means that the women who want one can’t be lazy. They will have to get off their fat asses and get in earlier instead of waiting until the last possible moment.
