Elizabeth Hasselbeck of "The View" is co-hosting "Fox & Friends" This week. And today, when she goes to assume her co-hosting duties on "The View," Elizabeth Hasselbeck is going to have a few choice words for Rosie O'Donnell.
But we'll get to that later. If you recall, cutie Kiran Chetry was canned when the William Morris Agency tried to play hardball with the Fox News Channel. Chetry was axed in favor of Gretchen Carlson.
Fox has been trying to push Carlson (albeit unsuccessfully) ever since Kiran left. They've even tried moving a few other Fox babes into the role as they watched their ratings drop-off.
Don't feel too sorry for Chetry as second-place CNN gobbled up the former Fox beauty, and she's now going head-to-head vs. FOX as the new co-host of CNN's American Morning.
Fox has been making blunder after blunder regarding their once extremely popular morning show. First it was moving E.D. Hill to make room for Carlson and then it was Kiran Chetry.
However, FOX looks to have read the writing on the wall as Gretchen has mysteriously vanished. Allison Camerotta returned to the show last week after being out on maternity leave and after several obvious failed attempts to find a suitable replacement, FOX may have found their girl in Elizabeth Hasselbeck.
Now I don't claim to know anything about Elizabeth's contract but it would seem that she may be planning to jump ship. It's no secret that she's been unhappy in her role on "The View" and at times has been the other three liberal ladies' conservative punching bag......."

ED spent too much time on her soap box. I was so glad to see her go!!! She is over the Hill (pardon the pun) and thinks she is the smartest woman in the world...which she is not.
Elizabeth would be a great addition...young, cute, has a NFL quarterback for a husband, and would possibly pull in non-FOX viewers who liked her on The View.

I think E.D. was bright, articulate and patriotic and despite her claim of being a conservative Democrat, she sounded more like a Republican on most issues than too many so-called Republicans - like on the illegal invadres issues.
And I hardly think she is “over the hill”. Youth isn’t everything and I think she’s a damn fine looking woman.
I think Barbara was BORN with dementia. I think she slept her way to the top by bunking with the right guys who weren’t too discriminating in their taste for female partners.
Maybe Walters is a closet homo after being used as girl toy too long and identifies with the Lezbo slob.

Kilmeade is pretty good, Ducey is a dope and Gretchen is a nice lady, but pretty dull.

I so agree with you. I saw her on Fox and while she did okay ...she is toooo wimpy. To me, she gives Rosie a pass and declares friendship....

Yeah...I had never heard that she was democrat...it sure seemed like every issue I heard her discuss, she took the conservative position.
And then Ann Coulter should take Elizabeth’s seat on the View. Finally it would be a fair fight, three against one.
She must be a Zell Miller type Democrat.
Well, let’s try to be fair to Hasselback. She’s a young woman who was on survivor & then married a NFL player. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but she’s having to take on three old liberal hags, one of which has like 700 years experience as a telejournalist/ interviewer, and another who had her own talk show.
It would be like having my cat play tennis against the williams sisters.

She is a nice person and I like her. But she was selected as a token target for the fatmouthed anti-American Lezbo by Babwawa.
Sort of like Ron Kuby and Curtis Sliwa on early morning radio. Kuby is a leftist commie but he is VERY sharp. Curtis Sliwa on the other hnad is an imbicle and light years behind Cuby.
Compare these pairs with Sean Hannity and Alan Combs. Both of them do a good job of defending their views.
