That’s because 18-24 year olds are boobs. Whoever has the biggest “cool” factor or wears the most “bling” is the one. Best looking. Whoever the “girlfreind” likes etc. At 18-24, it’s all about style and looks.

35% of 18-24 year old U.S. citizens favor O'bama and 31% favor Giuliani.

Looks like the youngins are hardcore liberals.

That is because I was pinged to some anti-Rudy threads which I really didn’t want to be on. (not by you) I’ll only be on for a little while longer.

Rudy runs weakest with young people, and strongest with people over 50.

I just thought Rudy ran strong with women that were not his wife.

Beyond Rudy this administrations policies or lack there of is truly a cause for worry. Were getting killed in a broad spectrum of polling unless things change. 08 will make 06 look like a picnic.

“Dims lead by five percentage points among men, by fourteen points among women. Nancy Pelosi’s party holds a staggering 30-percentage point lead among voters under 30. Separate surveys have shown that a declining number of Americans now identify themselves as Republicans”

Also the Two polls that came out last week saying the American people think we will have a Democrat president in 2008. Doesn’t look good at all. I think we are underestimating the Democrats like we did in 2006.

Sadly, the republican message is not getting out, for whatever reason. Like it or not, Rudy is the only one at this point who can “frame the issues”.

Myspace has just done their own endorsement of Obama.

They put his profile on the front page with the heading “Cool new people”. This is not a random event. His profile will probably see such highlight for the next couple days.

Don’t expect the same showcasing of candidates of other parties.

I may post a screencap later.

Why not poll 17 year olds as well? They’ll be able to vote in 2008 (they will have turned 18 by then).

Also, while young voters may be less likely to go to the polls, I would count college students who do vote among that group of individual who are more likely to commit vote fraud by voting multiple times (either at home and school address or multiple times on election day at different polls).

Obama voted for more money for embryonic stem cell research, but voted NO for more money for adult stem cell research. Grrrr!

On what basis would ANYONE vote against funding for ADULT stem cell research?

Burying their heads in the sand? Adult stem cells have shown more potential AND don’t have the moral dilemma of cannibalizing babies for medical product (if fetal cells prove functional, we WILL be harvesting young’uns for parts).

If I was 26 and a pack of rich old moralizing white guys slapped a cool 20 trillion in debt on me ....I’d be angry too.

Rudy can keep the enemy over there, and reduce the tax burden and debt load for the future taxpayers.

Probably someone who is bent on controlling the creation and destruction of life. Obama is worse than a jackass. Much worse.

The majority of the comments on this thread are indicative of mentalities significantly younger than 18-24.
