I can just picture this guy’s isolated, miserable existence. For some reason a cute chick takes pity on him and treats him kindly, offering a tantalizing glimpse of something better. Then he seethes with jealousy as she dates a bunch of rich frat guys, knowing an Asian dork like him has zero chance.
Has anyone brought up the idea that he may have chosen the classroom of a Professor who was a Holocaust survivor on purpose?
Read that play. This is major whacked. If it was my student, I would have certainly tagged him for serious concern. You can feel the rage and insanity in the script. There are small thinks that jump out that he is more then just a Tarantino want to be (which I have seen/read a lot of that sort of writing as well). I would love to hear other's thoughts on this play and thee situation overall.

She probably recognized that the perp was not all there and shunned his advances. Or sometimes it takes going out with someone a couple of times to realize what fruitcakes they are.
I think this was the girl that loved animals. She was probably drawn to underdog figures and saw that the perp was kind of lonely. but then realized that he was dangerous.
How sad the quality of people that this idiot slaughtered

Dismayed about the practice of his people in regards to their idolatry he needed to find a way to disprove his people. He waited for the opportune time when they all left the town for a celebration by the riverbank and came to the temple armed with an ax. There were plates of food that were laid out in front of the statues as offerings and he jokingly remarked to the idols, "Why do you not eat? The food is getting cold." With his ax he demolished all of the statues except the biggest one and hung the axe over the remaining idol's neck. When the people returned to the town they were stunned to see all their gods broken. They were furious and immediately accused Ibrahim of the act. Ibrahim said, "The biggest of them has done it, ask them if they can speak." They replied angrily, "You know very well they can't speak." Ibrahim then said, "Do you then worship besides Allah, things that can neither profit you, nor harm you? Fie upon you, and upon that which you worship besides Allah! Have you then no sense?" The people fell silent as their minds and reason were agreeing with Ibrahim, but were overtaken by their pride and immediately called for revenge for their Gods. They built a hot fire and placed Ibrahim inside of it. However, Allah says in the Qur'an, "We said to the fire. 'O fire become cool and peace on Ibrahim." This beautiful story of faith and the unity of Allah is explained by Allah in the Qur'an in surah Anbiya (21). Ibrahim despite the pressure of his people and family had his heart opened by Allah to true monotheism and true belief in one deity.
There were reports that the several young women had complained about being stalked by the shooter.
She’s dead and her parents/family/friends are grieving over her senseless death. Sorry she didn’t live up to your standards.
I said she was nice .... and I am sorry she died. No one should be murdered while trying to get an education.
Then again, there may have been deep involvement. I must wonder, were either or both in any way involved with anti American / anti War / Islamoappeasment protests or groups?
