The VT shooter was stalking people. Did authorities know he was stalking people. Who knew this information?

So I was in a shooting where the guy was stalking someone. Richard Farley stalked Laura Black.

I know there was a stalking law made after the shooting at my company, but I don’t know what all is in the law.

One thing that I will note is that most of the people at my company did not know anything about the guy even though he had been stalking Laura for like a year. He had been fired because he was bugging her.

The day of the shooting a restraining order was the day a restraining order was placed on him.

It almost seems like when you got someone who is stalking someone, more should be done to protect people.

In my company’s case, HR knew all about him. It would have been nice to know that there was a crazy person that was watching our company. It would have been nicer if the police would have been watching him.

Also, Richard Farley had been stalking Laura Black for a long time, and the authorities knew about it. Yet, he was able to buy lots of guns and ammunition. He had a camper full of guns, ammo, and explosives parked in my company’s parking lot. How in the heck was he able to get so much when he was stalking someone?

It seems that most people don’t want to believe that someone that they know is dangerous. I had a stalker that was bothering me for a couple of years and no one would believe that he was doing the things that he did because they seemed so crazy. Neighbors used to say that if I would just stop complaining about him, he would be fine. I used to sleep with this huge knife that my husband brought home from Vietnam, stuck between the mattress and box spring, with the knife pulled out from the sheath, just slightly, so that I could pull it out quickly. He finally got arrested, breaking into the house of the woman who told me to just leave him alone. When the guy got out of jail, the first thing he did was start to make telephone calls to me. He used the same reasoning, that we were “rich” and our kids had everything.
