What continues to get lost in all the noise is the fact that the false accuser continues to get a pass.

Yet here's what their ad actually said in their own words..
"These students are shouting and whispering about what happened to this young woman and to themselves."
No "alleged", no "reportedly".
"...about what happened to this young woman.." and the choice to publish it in that manner of language is clearly their rendering judgement that a violation had indeed occurred and it's clear by such indication they held no presumption of innocence of the accused.
They were fervently lying then, just as they are now. Thomas Sowell is right.

My question is: If a cop smacks someone (ahem) he is usually pursued by the Feds. Where are they on this? Nifong should be on federal bail right NOW.
I know a North Carolina Congressman wrote a letter to the justice dept about charging Nifong with denying the civil rights of the accused but don’t if anything is being done.
Well, at least it is a start.
