“I don’t know who you are, but your smart ass comment demonstrates you know nothing about the water issues in California.”

Well duh - Southern California is basically a desert - without having devised solutions of the years, like LA buying up Owens Valley, the daming of the Colorado, and now the debate over the lining of the All-American canal, we would have run out of water in San Diego decades ago.

When water becomes too expensive to get for use here, do you expect the population to sit around and die of thirst ?

I am not sure if you agree or disagree.

That is the wonderful problem of quick typing and short thinking.

Water is a problem. Water storage is a problem. Population demand on Water is a problem. The problem (water) is becoming critical. I remember the 1977 drought. Don’t flush, don’t bathe, don’t wash clothes. Don’t water the garden. OH, I remember.
