I see....so the test then is whether or not a candidate would allow Federal payments for abortion, not abortion itself per se.

I guess the next question is whether or not Rudy has addressed whether or not he will allow the Feds to provide funding for abortion...and I ask the question because I don't know.

And the next question is, if the POTUS can't do anything about abortion as a practice, is allowing the Feds to fund abortion, reason enough for me to disqualify Rudy as a candidate.
