Most universities in Virginia require students and employees, other than police, to check their guns with police or campus security upon entering campus.

So the murderer knew his victims would be unarmed and defenseless. How nice for him.

And the university administration is setting up counseling sessions and will have an assembly tomorrow "to begin the healing process". Message to students: "We'll make sure you're defenseless against would-be murderers, and we'll hold really nice vigils for you once you're dead."

Hi CC, everyone. I was just thinking, though not so eloquently, what you just posted. Once again society enables someone who shouldn’t have a gun and takes them away from the sane who could otherwise protect themselves.
