The total number of school shooting deaths has been declining and the world didn't seem to end after a nutjob blew up a school of elementary school students, killing 40+, in 1927 in Michigan.

Ideally, I’d prefer you be more aware of reality as I construe it.

But, comforted is a good 2nd choice. You’re a fine mind and seemingly have a heart for people generally, at least to some degree.
