Because the anti-gun people keep wanting to blame the gun, not the gun user, for doing a bad thing.
I didn’t say that he SHOULD face lawsuits, if he did everything by the book. He shouldn’t. But you know he WILL, even if they are frivolous. The anti-gunners will try to ruin this guy, and if they have to bankrupt him with frivolous lawsuits, you bet they’ll do it. Look at what Mikey Bloomberg is trying to do to a few Virginia gun shops.
