He didn't harm anybody. Didn't break any law, and looks like a harmless nerd. Probably knows and practices firearm safety like you and I practice breathing.
You're probably safer having him as a neighbor than your would be a neighbor who drinks and drives (like Ted Kennedy).
But, perhaps you are right. Maybe he should be "investigated" anyway.
Can anyone tell me what happened, what we know so far? One shooter or two, who he is, why, etc.
