If this Mr. al Barghouti is of the al Barghouti’s that are tied to Fatah, in other words, he isn’t just a nobody, he could simply be letting friends at home know “hey, we pulled it off!”. A “somebody” could have been a recruiter or handler.

Like I said, worth a second look.
He’ll be investigated. The whole world knew about this attack before his cellphone video was ever aired.
He alerted nobody, and in fact turned it over to American media who was already covering it.
You can try to spin that as a conspiracy with what looks like to be a Chinese killer, but there’s no linkage there.
Umm, all the folks at home would have to do is watch CNN. Just sayin’....
