I agree, but unfortunately there are also some really stupid answers.
I’m one of those who is instinctively sympathetic to law enforcement and thinks we need to get all the facts before casting judgment on how this was handled...other posts are quite correct that the shooter is the one responsible...but the speakers at this press conference are terrible and not exactly inspiring confidence. If I had a child on campus and heard that police rep say that there is a person of interest who isn’t in custody and isn’t dead...HUH?
The fact that we have heard virtually nothing other than “Asian” in terms of a description, so many hours after the incident, is troubling as well.
There are many questions that need to be answered .. but unfortunately there are too many in the media who are more interested in making an issue out of nothing just to make news ... while ignoring the important questions that need to be asked
