they have an ID on the first one, they have a person of interest in mind who fits it, but they cant find him. and his description doesnt match the body of the second shooter. am I hearing this right?
I would have said I agree, however, the Police Chief just said they located the person of interest and interviewed him/her at the time of the second shooting. They are interested in this person because he/she knows the victim.

this “person of interest”, he’s got to be the wrong guy. otherwise, there are surely two shooters - how is that possible?
