Unless you are Psychic or have a magic 8 ball, there is NO WAY you can predict this sort of random Chaos, let alone figure out a way to prevent acts of random chaos and violence!
The SHOOTER is responsible. No one else.
The University administration is responsible, however, for enacting and enforcing a policy that guaranteed that nobody on campus would be able to save their own lives or the lives of others by using a licensed defensive firearm.
And that is something that I hope they are made to answer for.
I wonder how many of the dead or wounded hold Virginia concealed-carry licenses?
So the two bomb threats (the most recent being 72 hours ago), in which a $$$$ reward was offered, meant nothing?
The school altered their scheduled events this past weekend, moved them to different locations on campus even.

UMMMMMM NO. Responsibilty not only should be given to the shooter but IMCOMPETENCE could also be at fault here. DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT IT WAS OKAY FOR THE COLLEGE NOT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT A SHOOTER WAS ON THE LOOSE? Are you nuts? There should be other people held responsible...not only the shooter. You are crazy if you think they handled this correctly. They all but admit they didn’t.
