VT is at fault. Ask WHY no lockdown until second shooting with 2 hours and a killer on the loose. That's a ridiculous comment. The shooter is at fault and no one the hell else! Have you ever been to VA Tech? It's the size of a good sized town! You don't lock down your town every time someone gets shot, do you?
