I cant think of anyone on my campus I would feel comfortable with knowing they had a gun.
No one? No one at all? You either need new friends, a new school, or a good firearms training session to take the mystery and fear out of them. If you would not feel comfortable carrying a gun yourself then please don't apply that criteria to everyone else. Many of the rest of us have the training, the knowledge, the will, and also government issues permits to carry concealed firearms. If you can't trust such people with guns then the problem does not lie with them. Anyone that would not trust me with a gun, I would not trust with my constitutional rights. Which is why I can't vote for any anti-gun politician.

Very well thought out reply! Thanks. I think the same as you...anyone who "feels" threatened by my having a gun isn't anyone that I want to associate with.
