Sadly, it took gay marriage of all things to make the Christian Conservative types wonder about Disney. The same Disney that’s been pushing and promoting witchcraft (which last I checked ain’t exactly a Christian thing) in its cartoons and movies for decades. The same Disney that promoted lying and deception for years in crediting its cartoons. The same Disney, which through one of its subsidiaries had Madonna (who’s not a friend of the Christian Right) star in one of its movies and had Danzig as a recording act.
So for those upset at Disney for not really being all that Christian, or at least following what’s accepted as the Christian beliefs...hopefully you didn’t wait ‘til just now to feel this way. ‘Cause this isn’t really a degredation as much as it is status quo of not being Christian Conservative friendly.
And Goofy, a dog, has a pet dog! What the heck is that all about?
