I don’t see anything wrong here. He dated women while he was single. That is what you are supposed to do. That is way different than what Rudy has done. One of the reasons I like Romney a lot is the way he has lived his personal/family life and I do think it’s a fair issue when compared to someone like Rudy or Gingrich, but Thompson has done nothing wrong so I don’t think he belongs in the same category as those two.
So of course Thompson is going to be doing a lot of dating, since 17 or 18 years is substantial amount of time.
My dad was single from 1980-1988, so he did a lot of dating as well. That's the normal and expected way to carry on.
Now, Rudy, on the other hand, has never been single for more than a year or two AND had all this other immoral garbage going on concurrently as well.
