He is absolutely right, in my opinion.
Unfortunately, this flies in the face of the GOP's successful fear-based electioneering of the past 5 years.
Just remember that Robertson is not endorsing Rudy, he was just saying that he thought that Rudy would be a good President.
I think Rudy would be a good president. I just think he would be bad for conservatives.
Robertson has Romney speaking at the university as well, and has said that Romney would be a good president. But he’s not endorsing Romney either.
