Yes, that statement is easy to source he definitely said it. That's what makes the "vote for Hillary statement" ring false. I went back and read the interviews that were used to generate the quotes for this article and he never said anything about voting for Hillary in any of them. Quite frankly, if Richard Land had said he would vote for Hillary Clinton over Giuliani it would have been a major news story.
For what it's worth, I have not heard back from the Times. I spoke to the SBC's Washington office and was told they were aware of the story and were investigating because they don't believe Dr. Land ever made that statement, but they had not spoken directly to Land and could not be 100% sure until they did.
