“Embarrassed that her dress is judged to be too revealing, but not embarrassed over the fact that she’s wearing it to begin with. Her embarrassment is misplaced if you ask me.”

THANK YOU!

Care to share that with morons here that lack reading and comprehension skills?

Where my daughter goes to school, it’s a private school, NO SHORTS are allowed. No bare midriffs, no boobs, cleavage,or bare backs are allowed on “dress down days”.

Her uniform has to be one inch BELOW the knee with a certain color blouse or turtle neck sweater. Insignia MUST be on the jumper and on the navy sweater made ONLY by FLynn O’Hara. The school emblem MUST be on the left hand side of the jumper or sweater. No sneakers with balls in them or removed and it goes on and on.

Yeah, we’re used to rules and we FOLLOW them. Then we are NOT embarrassed. kids FOCUS on what they are there for - TO LEARN. When she gets older and they have a formal - then we’ll follow the rules for that which are in essence the SAME - NO REVEALING CLOTHES.

I don’t feel sorry for these girls. They KNEW what they were doing. They LOST the gamble. Some changed and attended the Prom - stubborn ones lost big time. These girls have NO SHAME - it’s ALL ABOUT THEM and now you’re supposed to feel sorry for them - fat chance. They blew it.

Um, no. I was there. Girls were not allowed to alter their dresses. That’s a remark that is coming from someone at the school board and noone from the school board was even there. They do have school uniforms, and the policy pertains to when they are in school.

If you think something is too revealing about these girls dresses, you should see pictures of the girls that were in there!

And by the way, tell your kids that I’m so sorry that they will have to be wearing turtle necks and sweat pants to their prom!
