There was a similar problem in the late 50’s early 60’s.

I suspect that there is something else going on, but cell phones might be a factor.

I haven’t read all the posts so somebody may have beaten me to it.

The large majority of the Midwest had a 5 week extreme hard freeze at the start of the new year. It was one of the longest, hardest cold spells in many decades. At the end of the winter, many of us Midwesterners talked about how the bugs would be light this summer as a result. Well, did anyone of the scientific geniuses consider something as simple as mother nature?

I could be wrong. But cell phones? I have my doubts. How do these quacks make news with goofy stories like this?
