It would be better if the employers were afraid of the raids, maybe they wouldn't have so many illegal employees.
The situation won't stop until we go after employers. It's one thing when there's one or two illegals among a 100 person company. When the majority of an employer's low-level workers are illegal, the presumption should be that the employer knew they were illegal.
