Just saw an “expert” on NBC claim that this late winter snow storm in the East is another sign of global warming. When asked about how warming causes snow, he said that the relationship was “very subtle”.

DEVELOPMENT OF A FEW STRONG TORNADOES OVER PARTS OF THE SOUTHEAST US
TODAY THROUGH TONIGHT.
THE AREAS MOST LIKELY TO EXPERIENCE THIS ACTIVITY INCLUDE
CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN ALABAMA
WESTERN FLORIDA PANHANDLE
CENTRAL GEORGIA
SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI
CENTRAL SOUTH CAROLINA
SURROUNDING THIS AREA...THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS FROM SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA INTO SOUTHEAST VIRGINIA.
A POWERFUL UPPER SYSTEM WILL MOVE FROM THE SOUTHERN PLAINS INTO THE
TENNESSEE VALLEY TODAY AND TONIGHT. MEANWHILE...A SURFACE LOW WILL
DEEPEN RAPIDLY AND TRACK NORTHEASTWARD ALONG A WARM FRONT FROM
NORTHERN MISSISSIPPI INTO THE MID ATLANTIC REGION. RAPID RETURN OF
LOW LEVEL MOISTURE IS OCCURRING SOUTH OF THE WARM FRONT ACROSS MUCH
OF THE SOUTHEASTERN UNITED STATES...LEADING TO MODERATE INSTABILITY

SCATTERED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE ONGOING OVER PARTS OF SOUTHEAST

OVERNIGHT. VEERING AND INCREASING WINDS WITH HEIGHT SUGGEST THE
POTENTIAL FOR SUPERCELL THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF TORNADOES...
DAMAGING WINDS...AND LARGE HAIL. THUNDERSTORMS INTERACTING WITH THE
WARM FRONT WILL POSE A RISK OF STRONG TORNADOES.

I hope he gets that snow cleared, so he can make enough money to buy carbon credits.
Al Gore says this is a result of global warming. You see, in Al Gores mind, in the past we never had storms or hurricanes. It was bright and sunny every single day since the beginning of time.
Then the evil Republicans came along and allowed corporate evil men to increase the percentage of CO2 in the atmosphere from 0.0383% (which can literally be read as “zero point zero”) to an astounding 0.04%!! (which can still be read as “zero point zero”).
This extra 0.0017% (which can be read as “zero point zero zero”) will create massive tidals waves, tsunamis that will make the one in Indonesia look like a baby burp. Volcanoes will not erupt anymore but will expolde in a billion pieces killing billions. People will suffocate and fry up right in the street from the greenhouse effect of too much Co2. Cats and dogs and frogs will explode as well.. oh the horror! Please by God, Al Gore save us!
