What’s a “special needs” driver? Anyone from Jersey. Amen. When I identify the tailgater behind me, it invariably is a New Jersey driver.

What's known as Tailgating in other states is considered adequate separation in NJ. /sarcasm/

Actually, if you leave 2 seconds between cars in NJ, someone will take up the extra room. Standard separation in NJ is 2 car lengths under 60 mph
