"....OK, you say you are a conservative, let’s pretend for a moment that’s true. Now answer this, why does a conservative vote for a liberal?......"

I AM a conservative, thank you very much. I have a long history with the Republican Party in my state. I have read the tea leaves, so to speak, and have taken a long hard look at our candidates. Knowing how important it is that we win this next election (it could be life and death, IMO) I have come to the conclusion that Rudy Giuliani is the only really strong person with LEADERSHIP and A HISTORY OF FISCAL CONSERVATISM who can actually WIN the election in '08.

No, I don't agree with all his policies, but neither did I always agree with Ronald Reagan or George Bush. There are many lies swirling from both the left AND the FAR RIGHT about Rudy Giuliani's record. I have researched every one of them and have found out that Rudy used good judgment in most cases. I would prefer him to be pro-life all the way but he is honest about his beliefs and has not tried to LIE or flip flop as our most of other candidates have done. There is a certain honesty in Rudy Giuliani that other candidates lack.

That is why a conservative is supporting Rudy Giuliani. And I am not alone.

Being a Republican DOES NOT make someone a conservative. Conservatives are PRO-LIFE, PRO-CONSTITUTION AND PRO-FAMILY -- Rudy is none of these.

I have read the tea leaves, so to speak, and have taken a long hard look at our candidates.

And you settled for the MOST LIBERAL one you could find, the logical conclusion is that Rudy's views mirror your own.

No, I don't agree with all his policies, but neither did I always agree with Ronald Reagan or George Bush.

Which of Rudy's views do you disagree with? I have no problem believing that you didn't agree with Reagan and Bush.

There are many lies swirling from both the left AND the FAR RIGHT about Rudy Giuliani's record.

The Rudy Rooters say this a lot, unfortunately all of these "lies" are well documented in print and video.
