Do you know if the Logan Act has been challenged in the SCOTUS? Don’t have ability to check it here from work (Break’s over) but sure seems unconstitutional to me. And if they’ve never charged Jimmy Carter with it they will surely never charge Pelosi.

Good question but I don’t know the answer yet. I’m still searching. I have read that the Logan Act has been part of our criminal law for more than two centuries.
