Thompsons solid record of exposing corruption in Tennessee and prosecuting campaign-finance violations by the Clintons in Washington would be very attractive to voters. That's some revisionist history. Thompson let John Glenn walk all over him in the investigations of the Chinese contributions to the Clintons and it accomplished nothing. The Rats won that one.

Nothing quite like a malleable conservative as far as the leftists are concerned. Thompson, like Bush, will put up a good front, but when the music stops it won't look like progress.
