To: Graymatter

I grew up in the next town(no real line of demarkation between the two), and can say that they keep a low profile and the 35 families generally interact well with the rest of the community. VERY different from the separatist where I now live(northern Virginia)

You’re lucky to have grown up in this area. I’m raising my last-chick-in-the-nest here, because it’s true American heartland.
One thing about it surprises me, the number of mosques out here. Small towns, old coal and mill towns, with almost no aliens, legal or otherwise-—not like Hazleton-—but they have mosques!
