Are civil suits in this case fact or rumor? Is the lax team going to get some vindication in court? I'd like to see Duke turned into a small time community college for their handling of this.

At this point all I’ve heard is talking-head speculation. My wish is to see the entire team (coach, too) driving out of a bankrupt Durham in brand new red Ferraris, waving the one-fingered salute.
