My own new box, that I bought only months ago, is not compliant for the new software. I'm not going to take that hit, without a lot of complaining, and I've never complained before. They had better support XP for at least 5 more years, or I will be certain to pitch a huge tantrum.
Do you suppose Microsoft hears any better than, say, Congress or the President?
