Seems to me that in a discussion of "coding" that's highly relevant.

In fact, in discussion of any aspect of the attack that is relevant ~ and certainly as relevant as the address block design.

I stand corrected. Instead of "irrelevant", I should have said "meaningless."

Playing games with numbers doesn't mean that there is any reason to believe the results. It just means that you can play games with numbers to get almost any result you want.

Ah! I should have included another point in the list of reasons why it is clear that al Qaeda did NOT send the anthrax letters:

11. The zip code on the Senate letters appears to have been deliberately scrambled to eliminate any chance that the anthrax-filled letters might be returned to some REAL school.
