No surprise for serious students of Scripture.
I was just about to say that a quick look at any serious study of Judaism or Roman Catholic theology pretty much blows away Bill Maher's "stupid religious" theory.
I tend to think those two cultures tend to demand a certain degree of scholarship that certainly increases the common interest in history and languages.
I suspect, however, that only small number of that 2/10ths of one percent are series students of the scriptures. If I recall correctly, neither Einstein nor Friedman were overly religious, for example.
Really? The Bible says Jews have higher IQs than gentiles? I've missed that part.
