Schumer allegedly reassured some fellow Dems about Casey Jr by saying he would be good (i.e. bad) on judges, so it will be interesting to see how he acts when the time comes.

Absolutely. If he joins the filibuster party and chooses to not be another Ben Nelson, then he’s really not much better than Harry Reid.
