The FDA needs to step up and set up reporting mechanisms for tainted pet food. Pet food is under their jurisdiction and they have totally dropped the ball on this.

Folks, we have been dealing with this since our cat consumed contaminated food. Betweent the FDA and P&G, my wife has gotten prompt and courteous responses from the FDA, which does have a reporting set up, at their request, we just sent off all of our medical records to them. P&G, and Menu Foods, on the other hand, have been close to useless.
